Fitness! 14 Day Program...

I am sure you have heard about this ad a lot! And maybe a lot of you have tried it already, without even asking an expert!

What Do I think about that??

Well first of all, Fitness cereals are super rich in fiber. So people with constipation problems will  surely  feel a quick result from the first portion!

Second the program prescribed can be really a good and healthy one, although the portions are not defined.

The program comes as below:

1- Nutrition:

Breakfast: 30 g bowl of fitness with 125 ml of skimmed milk, 1 fruit, 1 cup of tea or coffee

Lunch: Balanced meal with vegetables, meat, fish or eggs, bread, dairy products

Dinner:30 g bowl of fitness with 125 ml of skimmed milk, soups and low-fat yogurt

Snacks: choose fruits or vegetables

So As  you notice  breakfast and dinner are kind of low in calories ( 150 to 250 cal), and lunch is basically the biggest portion to have. Fat content is low in the 3 meals :)

2- Fitness:

Boost your energy and strengthen your muscles:

Do 15  pushups in 2 sets

Do 20 repetitions for 3 sets

Stretch after workout

Active and Healthy tips:

Drink 8 glasses of water, and control your portions!

This program can really be effective, if you are trying to lose a few kg, but always ask an expert, specifically if you have any medical conditions!
