I got the light creamy swiss one, you can find the garlic and the onion flavor as well...
All with 50 % less fat

35 kcal, and only 1.5 grams of fat

The cottage cheese usually can be used for pasta cooking, in salads, or even as a dip for some crunchy vegetables..
You can also toss your tomato, or your baked potato for example with it . I also like to eat it with the spoon with some olives!
