Last night I was having dinner at Naranj, the oriental Syrian restaurant. I was drinking a lot of water and almost finished a whole 2 Litres bottle!
Then I was looking at the water bottle to see what it was as it is the first time I taste it.
It was the HAMIDIYE water, from Turkey.
It is a very smooth water with only 1.1 mg of sodium, and PH: 7.2
A PH under 7.0 means the liquid is more acidic, while a PH over 7.0 is more Alkaline. The PH of a liquid can change due to different environmental variables, most importantly light and temperature.
Maintaining a pure neutral water PH ( PH 7) is an important factor to maintain a normal body PH.
WHY??
According to Merck Manuals Online Medical Library, blood that is slightly alkaline, (7.35 to 7.45), is optimal for proper body functions.
Most people with an imbalance are too acidic, which can cause a variety of health problems, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and osteoporosis.
Your level is in a healthy range between 6.0 to 7.5.
