Yogurt and milk contain tryptophan, one of the essential amino acids needed in our bodies. It makes us get the proper rest and helps us to relax.

Take a glass of hot milk with a teaspoon of honey to calm the soul and induce sleep. Or, you can just add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey to a cup of chamomile 🙂
Do not drink tea at night. It has caffeine and will stress you out.
Do not drink orange juices or any vitamin C rich foods. Vitamin C boosts your energy, which is unwanted for the sleeping process.
