1- Eating one meal a day won’t help in losing weight. It might only maintain your weight. Weight loss is achieved when you split your meals: 3 main healthy meals and 2 small snacks in between.
2- Drinking green tea directly after your meals won’t burn the meal you’ve just had. Green tea only increases your total metabolism, so the total calories you burn daily.
3- Rice and pasta don’t cause an increase in body weight. Weight gain depends on the food quantities you consume during the whole day, the way you cook the rice and what’s in the sandwich.
4- There is no specific food that will make you gain or lose weight. For you to lose weight you have to decrease the total calories you burn daily. So if you burn 10000 calories and you eat 1300 calories, you will lose weight, but if you eat 1700 calories, then you gain weight.
5- If you suffer from bloating and water retention, drinking more water won’t cause an increase in body water retention. The opposite is true. Drinking water will flush the water and the toxins out of the body.
6- Olive oil is healthy. But don’t forget that it is still named fat! Adding too much olive oil will increase you weight.
1 teaspoon has 45 calories.
7 – Drinking pineapple and kiwi juices doesn’t burn body fat as you think. They increase the metabolism, that’s it. Don’t drink plenty of it thinking it will make you lose weight.
1 glass has 130 calories.
8- Sweeteners don’t cause cancer and infertility problems. Side effects start when you consume more than half a pack per day.
9- There is no specific food that will make you lose weight in one specific area. It depends on the structure of your body.
Weight loss can be around the waist, the hips, the face or the arms.
