Here is a list of some tasty healthy snacks you can have!

These snacks range from 100 to 150 calories.
Sometimes I take them for breakfast, and sometimes as afternoon snacks depending on my hunger 🙂

1-Â Â Â Cinnamon banana toast: 150 calories
Â
1 slice of whole grain bread, 2 teaspoons of honey, 1 small sliced banana and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
2-Â Â Â Fruit Muesli: 150 calories
1/2 cup muesli cereals, 1 handful of bran flakes, ½ cup of low-fat yogurt topped with 1 handful of dried peaches and raisins.

3-Â Â Â Cheese and crackers: 120 caloriesÂ

For an easy snack, grab some crackers and top them with some cottage cheese or light spread cheese.
3 thin low-sodium crackers with 1 teaspoon of cheese per each cracker.
4-Â Â Â Fresh Red Fruit Salad: 100 calories

Mix 5 strawberries, ½ sliced peaches, 1 sliced plum and 4 red berries together. Then add 1 tablespoon of sweeteners. You can add 2 cubes of ice to it to make it cold!
5- Toast with mozzarella, mushroom and pesto sauce: 130 calories
1 multigrain bread topped with 1 teaspoon of pesto & basil sauce, rocket leaves, 2 small slices of light mozzarella cheese and grilled tomatoes.
It is my favorite!!!
6-Â Â Â Crepe banana chocolate: 150 calories
Prepare the chocolate sauce first.
 Get the Cadbury light hot chocolate powder (40 calories per 3 tablespoons). Mix one serving (40 calories) with 1/4 cup of hot water and sweeteners until it becomes a bit thick)
Get the smal thin crepe bread. Fill it with a small sliced banana and 1 tablespoon of the chocolate sauce.
