As I mentioned when I first started this website, in the post MY PERSONNAL EXPERIENCE, I used to be an emotional eater before I even studied Nutrition, and I used to struggle with weight problems. Then I could overcome this problem, and now I am a dietitian like I’ve always wanted to be! 🙂
But I still love food!! But… control, moderation and variety are the keys!
