KIDZEE is the name of a famous nursery in Kuwait. I’ve been asked to write some nutritional tips for their monthly newsletter. 
This article is mainly addressed to parents. They need to encourage their kids to do healthy choices by choosing their favorite foods, by incorporating their kids into more activities, and many other tips which can benefit all all parents!
