    hi mira,how r u...wanted to know how many calories r there in each of maamoul tamer,maamoul fstok,and maamoul joz.and how many minutes do we have to walk on the treadmill after eating to burn what we eat.for example if there 100cal in each maamoul and walking 10min makes us burn 100 cal...its like we havent eat anyth ...???ezplain this to me please thanx

    Hi loulou,
    Noodles have less calories than pasta, so 3 tablespoons of cooked pasta have 80 calories while 5 tablesppons of noodles have 80 calories:)

    Hi Mira,
    Wanted to know more about Flax Seeds, and whether they are effective on women. Coz I remember reading an article that flax seeds were less effective on women than men (cant find it now).. Please advise.

    Flax seeds is known for many health benefits, it is high in Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, essential for heart diseases for both men and women, as well as for brain cells.
    It also treat high blood pressure and diabetes, as well as constipation beacuse falx seeds are high in fiber.
    It is known for prostate cancer which is related to men's health, but also for breast cancer which is related to women's health.
    So it offers health benefits for both men and women! :)

    I am 25 yrs old my hight is 5.4, my current weight is 60 kilos kindly advice better diet plane, recently started going gym & started working out daily one hrs, i will have to concertare my hip i have got heavy hip & i want to concertate that part.

    Hi samira!
    first your BMI, body mass index, is 22.9 which is normal and very good!
    But if you have the pear shape, you need to exercis that's it! So try to go up on the stairs, do the steps workout. There is no specific diet for specific parts of the body because each person is not created equally.
    Drink a lot of water, decrease your fat intake, from fried items and sweets, decrease juices intake. So instead, eat lean proteins like chicken meat and fish that are grilled and skinless, fruits as whole fruits not juices because juices have a lot of sugar and no fiber! Eat a salad with your lunch meal and another one with your dinner meal, with lemon and ony 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Buy whole grain breads and low -fat cheeses, milk and labne! And you will be fine. You don need to lose weight, but to exercise:)

    How are you doing? Mira i want to lose around 10-12 kgs....one of my friends suggested me to have acai berry as it is a fruit and there are acai berry pills or juices available in the market wherein the ingredient is 100% acai berry as it helps to increase the metabolism and detoxify the body.
    I wanted to know if it is safe to use acai berry products without any side effects and if it is available in kuwait and for how much.

    Well i heard about this acai drink, and specifically when combining it with the colon cleanse. The berry drink increases metabolim suppresses appetite, and has antioxidants. But anything that works artificailly on your system will surely have side effects, because they mainly work on the brain.

    I was reviewing some testimonials, and a lot didn't feel any difference out of it. I think it is something personal for each one, depending on the weight and the metabolism.

    Thanks a lot for your immediate reply. i think i'll go with proper nutritious diet and excercise to lose weight. But if i try aai brries i'll surely send you the reviews.
    Also Mira i have started having green tean 2-3 times a day...Hope that will increase my metabolism and have no side effects :)
