Yesterday I got 2 kinds of cheese that I would like to talk about 🙂
Cottage cheese is a product of cheese curd but unlike most cheese, which is dehydrated and has color, this type of cheese retains its whey content because it is only drained, unlike other cheeses.
So it is light, nutritious and very rich in whey protein!

107 kcal, 9.3 g protein, 5 g carbohydrates, 5.5 grams fat
I got the light creamy swiss one, you can find the garlic and the onion flavor as well…
All with 50 % less fat

35 kcal, and only 1.5 grams of fat
