Home Lunch...

As every Friday, my family friends prepare the usual family lunch at their place.

They have an amazing chef who really can Cook all sorts of foods, some really tastyyyy foods!!! :)

This is an example of the lunch I had yesterday.

As you know by now, the calories are estimated based on the food exchange list.

I don't usually calculate the calories while eating but I can estimate it  ( I am not a calorie freak! ;) )

1- Green salad:

4 Tbsp:  1 fat:  45 calories

 

 

2- Broccoli soup:

3 Tbsp: 1 fat: 45 calories

 

 

 

 

3- Shrimps pane:

5 pieces: 2 fat + 1 protein: 100 calories

 

 

 

4- Spaghetti with tomato sauce:

2 Tbp: 1 CHO: 80 calories

 

 

 

5- Beryani chicken:

2 Tbsp: 1 CHO + 1 protein + 1 fat: 180 calories

 

 

 

6- 1 mouhalabieh:

1/2 milk + 1 fruit: 110 calories

 

 

 

 That makes a total lunch of 560 calories...

I mentioned in an older post ( http://eatlikemira.com/eat-like-me-eat-like-mira/), that on weekends I usually like to reward myself with some treats, so I don't mind having a heavy meal or some sweets!
