I changed the water:)

Yesterday, we were talking me and one of my clients about the water in Kuwait, and about the high sodium Na content it has. Then she told me that right now, she is having Tannourine water and it is very low in sodium, she feels very light when she drinks it.

only 4 mg\L of sodium Na

She told me also that you can order it by phone, and it can be delivered in maximum one hour.

I like the idea, because honestely, I have a problem with the water here. Imagine, I drink water and I feel thirsty all the time!

I called the guy. After half an hour, I got 72 big bottles (1.5L)

Now they have an offer, your order 5 boxes, and you get the 6th for free.

All that for 9 KD.

I looked into the sodium content, and  it is nothing! only 4 mg/ L

High Na content causes bloating, constipation. It is so also bad for the skin and the hair.

Here is the number: 99931444

The other water I found with low sodium is ARWA. It is also 4 mg/L.
Most other bottled or mineral waters have sodium content of 10 or more mg/L.

BTW, I have this reverse-osmosis gizmo at home that I use to filter our municipal water. I have no way of measuring the sodium content. I only have a TDS meter which measures the total dis-solvable solids in the water. Normal municipal water has TDS of 300 or more. The reverse-osmosis system brings it down to about 30.
Any idea how I can measure the sodium content in this water?

It seems your hyper healhty cajie!!
Eventhough i consider myself a very healthy person, i never thought about that! :)
i personally don't like to use the filtered water in kuwait, i donnow why, but feel like it still considered not healthy!
If i was in lebanon, i would have used it, the water there is so clean and already filtered.
I wil ask about how to find out the sodium content of the reverse osmosis system, it is interesting and i would like to know as well!
    I'll talk to you soon.
    THX cajie!!
