Do you know that you can burn  extra calories, even when you are resting, having fun or working? REALLY???

1-  Chew a gum while sitting.  It will make you burn 11 Kal/hr

2-Try to stand up for 1 or 2 min when you are sitting for a long time. You burn 45 Kal /hr when you are sitting and 70 Kal/hr when your are standing up, even if your are not moving,  due to the flow of blood in your body. Stand up when you are talking on the phone or when you are having lunch.

3Concentrate, focus and think. Use your energy by using your brain. Read an interesting book, come up with brilliant ideas, use your imagination. All this will boost your metabolism to a higher level.
